At Daoren Elevator & Escalator Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality spare parts and reliable service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • The item is not damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that are custom-ordered, specially sourced, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at info@daorenlift.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item shipped).

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components that have been installed or powered on
  • Items damaged due to improper use
  • Custom or specially ordered parts
